These Terms govern your use of WorldofAi.Agency's AI lead-generation platform. By subscribing, you enter into a binding agreement with WorldofAi.Agency.
By subscribing to or using WorldofAi.Agency, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
Plans are billed monthly as recurring Stripe subscriptions. Starter ($297/mo), Growth ($497/mo), and Premium ($997/mo). You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers.
Each plan grants licensed territory rights as described on your tier. We cap active agents per zip code to preserve lead exclusivity. Territory assignments are confirmed during onboarding and may be reassigned if a subscription lapses.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including the TCPA and state insurance regulations. You are responsible for maintaining valid licensure in any territory you target. You may not resell, share, or broker exclusive leads to unauthorized third parties.
We strive to deliver exclusive, high-intent prospects but do not guarantee a specific number of leads, closings, or conversions. Lead volume depends on territory demand, licensing, and campaign activity.
All platform software, workflows, funnels, and branding remain the property of WorldofAi.Agency. You retain ownership of your prospect relationships and booked appointments.
WorldofAi.Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
